Assigned by State Farm after a water leak. Everyone was very personable, but also professional. They did a great job explaining what was going on and what they were doing. The equipment setup was also very smooth and they did their best to minimize our inconvenience of having all this loud stuff in our home.

The SERVPRO of West Oklahoma City team went above and beyond in helping me in time of crisis. Half my house flooded and I called in desperate need of professional help. Chris and his team gave me great advice on how to get ahead of further damage until the crew could get to my location. They showed up ready to go to work, we minimized damages in the house and got the home restored in a few days! I never had to deal with a home flooding before, but these guys really came through. Chris and his team diligently got to work!! After a few hours of cleanup, Chris sat down with us to explain how SERVPRO was going to help us next. Not realizing that SERVPRO was a multi tasking Company, he really put my mind at ease. He explained that they not only would remove the water, they would document all of the damage to our personal belongings and furniture. He also stated that they would be responsible for the removal of all the contents in the basement, demolition of the wallboard damage, carpet pad, and carpet, even sending samples of that damage to be tested for mold.
Over a series of days, Chris and his team respectfully, safely and professionally came in and did what they were going to do, and did the work with precision and accuracy, while being communicative about everything they were doing. Chris and his wonderful staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and most importantly, safe. I never thought we would’ve been this lucky to have hired such a great company to help us during a time of great stress and worry.
Chris has even put me in touch with a contact of his that is going to help in the restoration of my guitars and amplifiers and keyboards. We are currently about to start the rebuild phase of the project. Chris has also put us in contact with a great building contractor, that will restore our basement to back to the way it was.
I will never hesitate to refer this wonderful company to anyone of my friends or family who who may suffer from water or fire damage. Thanks so much Chris, and the entire team at SERVPRO! Our entire home flooded when our washing machine line broke. Every room including our finished garage was soaked and filled with standing water ! They showed up quickly and helped us through the entire process. I definitely recommend them to anyone I can. They even brought treats for our dogs !
When our dishwasher line broke and flooded the first floor of our house, Chris and amazing team were quick to respond. They were professional and respectful while walking us through the entire process. Glad they're in Yukon and definitely recommend.
We don't know what we would have done , had SERVPRO of West Oklahoma City not helped us out! Our entire first floor of our house was flooded and our basement was filled with 6" of water. Didn't realize the ice maker line could cause so much water !Even at 11pm, they answered the phone, and showed up within an hour! They pulled up and got right to work. We are so thankful for Chris and Trenton ! We will definitely use them again, even though we pray we don't have to. Definitely recommend.
If it wasn’t for your team, I have no idea how I would have gotten our home cleaned and fixed up after our upstairs toilet leaked and created all that damage. We never would have imagined that so much mold was possible. Even came out on the holiday!
